A 3rd Generation Office Building respects the key concpets of Sustainability: Social, Economic, Technologic, Environmental and Ecologic. Our understanding of the concept has the singularity of being integrated with the design. The options are taken to permit an efective control in terms of energy, both on the shape of the building as well as its materiality. The strategy is simple. The formal approach is a pragmatic resolution of the program, with the necessary flexibility to adapt. The search of a clear organization take us to a clear spatial disposition. On the floor +1, the meeting rooms permit different configurations as answers to different events, and spatial modularity on the Administrative Area. At floor -1, the Units are organized in battery to allow for changes, depending on the users demands.
