Nowadays we see a great variety of occupation modes hardly reduced to the conventional family with two children. This diversity of ways of living inside the same household and the continuous change in the relations between their members is something common, generated by the evolution of each group necessities. One of the possible answers to these heterogeneous situations is the necessity of space to allow for a flexibility that is difficult to find in an urban environment. The search for this new housing architecture don't necessarily guide us to a denial of intentional boundaries of room spaces, the research of new design and technological solutions, new aesthetics, etc. The casa.zip is a way to compact different complementary approaches to the problems of the modern living. A compression system of housing space to optimize its use.
