There’s a negative reality. The ocupation of surface by parking is denying other uses, making it unsustainable from the economic and environmental point of view. We propose a positive reality. The verticalization saves in circulations, releasing area. We manage to answer the necessities of parking, as well as improving the quality of the public space, by getting the cars out of the streets and requalifying these spaces for leasure activities. It's posible to finally enjoy the city creating scenerys for social action. A green space: public square and vertical garden. Complementary uses invite to have a coffee in the garden. Birds sing inviting people to chat. A vertical wall of climbing flowers garantee a wide choice of colors and perfumes. The building has personal life, surprising every season.
