The mountain as a global idea, container of different functions is a way to think the city for this century without using expired models. The city regulations allow for unexpected situations of creative exploration. Stepping the building shape by following an established ritual but with an innovative spirit of transformation: to build a new landscape with the old rules. Ideas survive over the rigid conventional structures. The proposed volume has the maximum floor flexibility to incorporate all different activities, reducing its surface as it goes up. It’s a compact and rigorous volume. Materialeza is a functional topography. A conscious materialization of nature.
